The Hop is a single room with high ceilings and plenty of light by day — and a warm, amber glow by night. There's a coffee bar for the morning crowd and a full liquor bar for the evening. Same walls. Different pace.

We designed it to feel like a living room that happens to serve excellent drinks. Sit at the counter and chat with the barista. Claim a corner table with a book. Or stand by the window and watch Cherry Street go by.

There's no cover charge, no dress code, and no pretending you know what you're doing. Just good company and better coffee or cocktails — however you need them.
